If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and change your mind we will give you a 14 day exchange period. Should the goods not be as described or do not do what they were described to do you are entitled to a full refund or credit. Please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems promptly for you.
This exchange policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will only be issued if the goods are found to have a manufacturing fault which has been through no fault of your own.
When returning products all postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Pilons Press will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. Where goods are faulty you will be compensated for this postage on receipt of goods.

Whilst every efforts is made to ensure the accuracy of our products from time to time errors may occur and as such Pilons Press reserve the right to withdraw the sale without notice. We reserve the right to change pricing and make amendments to products listed on the Pilons Press website without notice.
