Important information regarding your order
We can't wait to deliver your order so we won't keep you waiting. We send orders every day with most orders dispatched the same day they are ordered. All orders are quality checked and packed professionally before being sent to you.
All parcels are sent via Australia Post and tracked. We also provide you the option of standard or express post.
On dispatch of your order we will advise you of your tracking number so that you can monitor your delivery for peace of mind.
Returns & Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you need to return a faulty or defective item to us we will compensate you for that transaction including any postage fees you paid. We will however require proof of the fault or defective item. You can do this by returning to us at 132 Main Street West Wyalong NSW 2671 or sending us a picture of the faulty item including any packaging / stickers we have attached to the product to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Should you wish to exchange a product you within the agreed exchange period you will need to pay all postage costs. Please refer to our returns and exchange policy.
No exchange, credit or refund will be issued until we have receipt of goods.
Free Shipping Policy
When you spend over $150 in one transaction within our online store we will automatically provide you free shipping Australia wide. International shipping is available to some countries and will be billed at the international rate applicable to your country. No free shipping applies to international orders.
